Welcome to Sabs Mind Asylum — a home for the thoughts that won’t sit still.
Part journal, part lab, part venting corner. This is where I unpack intrusive thoughts, overthinking spirals, soft moments, and wild ideas — then try to turn them into something that actually helps.
Unfiltered entries straight from the mind asylum — messy, honest, and very human.
Notes on healing, boundaries, self-worth, attachment, and everything in between.
Poems, letters, story fragments, and random lines that refused to stay silent.
Stream
The raw feed: letters to myself, late-night thoughts, and things I wish someone told me earlier.
How this space works
Sabs Mind Asylum is not a mental health clinic, a coaching program, or therapy. It is a personal space for reflection, creative expression, and honest storytelling.
You are welcome to read, relate, disagree, or quietly nod along. If you see yourself in any of these posts, treat them as mirrors, not prescriptions.
If you are struggling with your mental health or safety, please reach out to a local professional, helpline, or trusted person. This site is not a substitute for professional support.
Lab Experiments
Ongoing projects, series, and little experiments inside the asylum.
The Attachment Files
A slow series unpacking anxious, avoidant, and disorganized attachment — in plain language, with real-life examples and journal prompts.
Letters I’ll Never Send
Anonymous-style letters to people who will never read them — old friends, almosts, past selves, and the versions of me that stayed quiet.
Soft Girl Survival Kit
Tools, scripts, and boundaries for soft-hearted people who are tired of being the emotional garbage bin for everyone around them.
Policies & House Rules
Read this if you hang out here often, send messages, or subscribe to anything. No scary legal talk — just clear boundaries.
1. Content & Mental Health Disclaimer
Everything on Sabs Mind Asylum is personal expression: opinions, experiences, stories, metaphors, overthinking spirals, and soft reminders. None of it is professional advice, therapy, or treatment.
If something written here resonates with you, that is beautiful. But please remember:
- This site cannot diagnose, treat, or manage any mental health condition.
- Posts may be emotionally heavy, triggering, or uncomfortable at times.
- You are responsible for your own wellbeing while reading. Take breaks, mute tabs, step away if needed.
If you are in crisis or worried about your safety, please reach out to a trusted person, local helpline, or mental health professional. This website cannot respond to emergencies.
2. Messages, Privacy & Anonymity
The contact form is for conversations, stories, and topic ideas — not for urgent help. You can use your real name, a nickname, or stay vague.
- Your messages go to a private inbox, not a public comment section.
- Your email (if you share it) is used only to reply or send updates you asked for.
- Emails are handled through normal email providers, not military-grade encryption.
Do not include sensitive personal data you would be scared to lose control of (full legal names of others, addresses, workplace secrets, etc.). Keep it emotionally honest, but practically safe.
3. Use of Your Words
By sending a message, you are giving permission for parts of your words, themes, or stories to possibly inspire future posts, lines, or anonymous quotes.
- No full names, usernames, or identifying details will be shared.
- Anything reshaped into a post will be blended, edited, and anonymized.
- If you clearly say “please do not use this in any way”, that request will be respected.
This space is built on shared feelings and patterns, not on exposing anyone’s real-life story.
4. Triggers, Age & Content Boundaries
Posts may mention topics like heartbreak, anxiety, self-worth, family issues, loneliness, and emotional burnout. Mature themes may appear in language that still tries to be gentle.
- This space is generally aimed at readers 16+.
- There is no graphic detail, but there may be emotional heaviness.
- You are always free to click away, mute, or block if it is not good for your brain right now.
Protect your peace first. Internet content — including this site — should never matter more than your nervous system.
Store-Style Policies
These apply if Sabs Mind Asylum ever sells journals, ebooks, merch, or subscriptions.
Refund Policy
Refunds are offered in clear, limited situations to keep things fair for both sides. Because digital and creative items can’t be “returned,” digital products are usually non‑refundable unless there is a technical issue.
Refunds are available if:
- You were charged incorrectly or multiple times by accident.
- A digital file you purchased is corrupted, inaccessible, or non‑functional.
- You never received an item after a confirmed purchase (for physical goods).
Refunds are not available for:
- Change of mind after a purchase.
- Digital downloads that were successfully delivered.
- Items damaged due to misuse after delivery.
Shipping & Delivery Policy
If physical items (prints, journals, merch) are ever offered, shipping will follow simple, transparent rules.
Processing Time:
- Typical processing time: 2–5 business days.
- Made-to-order items may take slightly longer.
Shipping Methods:
- Standard tracked shipping is used for all orders.
- Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on region.
- Express shipping may be available for an additional fee.
Eligible Destinations:
- Domestic shipping within your primary country.
- International shipping where supported. Customs fees may apply.
Return Policy & Process
Returns are only applicable for physical items, not digital content or subscriptions.
Returns are accepted if:
- The item arrives damaged or defective.
- You contact support within 7 days of delivery.
- The item is unused and in original condition.
Return Process:
- Email support with your order number and photos if needed.
- Wait for approval and return instructions.
- You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged.
Cancellation Policy
If products, digital items, or subscriptions are offered in the future, cancellations will follow these rules:
Order Cancellations:
- Cancellations are allowed within 12–24 hours of purchase.
- Once an item is processed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
Subscription Cancellations:
- You may cancel a subscription anytime before the next billing cycle.
- Refunds for subscription periods already started are generally not offered.
Send a message to the asylum
Want to share your own story, suggest a topic, or just say “same”? This form doesn’t sign you up for anything — it simply drops a note into my inbox.
By sending a message, you agree that your words might inspire anonymous posts or lines in future pieces. No names, no usernames — just vibes.
